Steve Jackson, Master Piano Technician
Since 1966, Master Piano Technician Steve Jackson has built his reputation on quality work, 
value and integrity. As former President of the Piano Technicians Guild, Toronto Chapter, Steve has dedicated much of his time to informing the public and educating other technicians on piano rebuilding and tuning techniques. Steve has worked with pianists such as Oscar Peterson, Ray Charles, Anton Kuerti and other greats. Steve prides himself on providing honest advice and great service.
Sarah Davignon, Piano Technician
Sarah Davignon received her diploma from the University of Western Ontario where she studied Piano Technology. After graduating, Sarah continued her training with Steve Jackson. In addition to tuning, regulation, and repairs, Sarah takes special interest in the voicing of pianos.
Andrew Patten, Piano Technician
Andrew Patten graduated as a Piano Technician from the University of 
Western Ontario. He has continued his learning and has developed his skills further under the guidance of Steve Jackson. Andrew works mainly on the structure of the piano, specializing in bridge work, pin block replacement, soundboard repairs and complete soundboard replacement. Andrew services pianos in-home for clients.
Rachael Roter, Office Coordinator
Rachael is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Her piano knowledge coupled with her professionalism and customer first approach make her a welcome asset at Steve Jackson Pianos.
Buddy, Canine Emeritus
Buddy, who recently passed away at 17, was the top dog, and remains the top dog at Steve Jackson Pianos.
Layla, Junior Canine
Layla assists us in all departments. Her specialty is quality control. She works like a dog.
